The South East wine region gave us all we needed to help in the naming of the winery. A group of well respected “vignerons” from the area brought their best recipes forward to represent and promote the great wine making of Australia. Named Victorian1/4 for the 25% of the Victoria State where the growers reside, the taste is both pure Victorian and distinctly Australian.
